Former UNLV player personnel director Jimmy Morimoto has taken the same position at Mountain West football rival Fresno State.
There was no immediate word regarding his replacement.
"We are really excited to add Jimmy to our staff," Fresno State coach Tim DeRuyter said in a statement. "He has tremendous experience recruiting not only the Mountain West, but the entire west coast that is our footprint.
