While those playing in England got roughed up, much of the success this weekend took place in Germany. Yedlin, Ream, & Cameron were all beaten badly and Gooch picked up an injury that will keep him out for a while. But two Americans scored against each other in Germany’s second division and Wood impressed with a nice assist in the top tier as well. Plus Sargent has some more action for you down in the fourth division.

An assist from Bobby Wood!? Please & thank you. This was a really great sequence from the 25-year-old in which he showed us some holdup play, nice link-ups with teammates, and a confident run down the sideline capped off with a perfect ball right at the top of the six yard box.
