Azam FC head coach Aristica Cioaba has asked the Tanzanian Football Federation (TFF) to increase the number of substitutes per game should the Vodacom Premier League (VPL) finally resume.
There has been no football activity in Tanzania since March 17 when the government moved to suspend public gatherings as a measure to contain the spread of coronavirus infections.
Cioaba says the increase of the number of changes allowed per game will help avoid injuries to players who might return with poor physical fitness levels.
