Walker Zimmerman apparently has some decisions to make. According to a report from MLSSoccer.com’s Sam Stejskal, the 25-year-old defender for Los Angeles Football Club turned down a contract offer from the team and could leave the club at season’s end.
The article mentions that Zimmerman has at least “one written offer” from a European team and has interest from teams in Ligue 1, the EPL, the English Championship, and the Bundesliga. Zimmerman, whose contract expires this season, still could remain with LAFC for the right price, but he is seeking a raise that would either make him a Designated Player or his cap hit bought down with Targeted Allocation Money.
