Ashlyn Harris has won NWSL goalkeeper of the year after a combined coach, player, media, and fan vote.
While with the Orlando Pride, Harris ended the year with 62 saves and a 1.33 goals against average over 15 games. She was second in saves this season after Nicole Barnhart, who made 83 for FC Kansas City for a 1.00 GAA over 20 games. Harris faced 82 shots on goal for a save percentage of 76%. She missed a chunk of games midseason in order to serve as an alternate GK on the US women’s national team during the Olympics.
