A man was found deceased on the property of the Pease Road Playground and Alegi Athletic Fields in Woodbridge Tuesday morning.
State and Woodbridge police are calling the death a homicide after finding gunshot wounds on the man’s body, they said.
“Investigators continue to work to positively identify the victim and determine the circumstances surrounding this incident,” police said in a news release. “The park area has been reopened to the public.”
