WINDSOR — Three Windsor teenagers were arrested after police were dispatched to a report that said three individuals “suspiciously” took off from a Texas vehicle near Dexter Road Monday evening, police said.
When Windsor Locks police arrived at the scene, the vehicle “appeared to be disabled with front axle damage,” they said. They later found out that the Texas plate was fake and the car was reported stolen in Norwich.
One of the men, was found through canvassing near Main and Webb Street, police said. The two other males, who matched descriptions, were seen running through yards and around buildings, they added.
