The Chicago Sky were at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT to take on the Connecticut Sun in a WNBA game on Sunday afternoon and that meant one thing. Former UConn Huskies star Gabby Williams was in town making her professional debut in the state where she played college basketball.
Unfortunately for Williams and the Sky, they fell to the Sun, 82-75, eliminating them from playoff contention.
This was the first chance for the local media to catchup with Williams. During her time talking, she spoke about adjusting to the play in the WNBA, her rookie diary on espnW, seeing former UConn players and what she does with her free time.
