Vernon police Tuesday night arrested two people who they said conspired to kill a teenager last month in the Rockville section of town.
They still are looking for the man who they said fired at the face of the juvenile u2015 who was able to push the gun away to avoid being shot. The teen was injured in a pistol-whipping.
Jakwai Sosa, 21, of 157 Union St. was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, second-degree assault with a firearm, operating a drug factory and other charges. Sosa helped pistol whip the teen, police said.
A 17-year-old also was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, they said.
