The UConn Huskies women’s basketball team officially released its non-conference schedule for the 2017-2018 season. Most of the opponents were already known, however, the dates are now finalized. UConn has not yet specified whether home games will be played at Gampel Pavilion or the XL Center at this time.
The season opens up on November 12 in Columbus, OH where the Huskies will face the Stanford Cardinal in the Countdown to Columbus, which will be the site of the 2018 Final Four.
The home opener comes five days later on November 17 when the Cal Golden Bears visit the Nutmeg State, followed by a showdown two days later against the Maryland Terrapins.
