UConn women’s basketball has added a pair of marquee nonconference series for the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons. UConn announced a brand new series with the NC State Wolfpack earlier in the day and an extension of their series with South Carolina just a few hours later.
NC State will travel to Connecticut in 2022-23 and UConn will go down to Raleigh the following season. The Wolfpack and Huskies have not faced off since the 2007 Sweet 16, but it’s a good series for both teams. NC State has won back-to-back ACC Tournament titles and has established itself as one of the games’ fastest-rising programs.
