After finishing the 2018-19 season on a high note by beating eventual national-runner up UMass in the season finale, UConn men’s hockey is looking to carry that momentum into a new season. On Friday, the Huskies released their schedule for the 2019-2020 season, kicking off on Saturday, October 5 at Sacred Heart.
UConn’s schedule is almost the opposite of last season with most of the home games coming in the first half of the season. The Huskies play 15 times at the XL Center, only five of which come in the new year.
Also opposite of last season, UConn only travels once outside of New England — to RPI.
