Dan Hurley and UConn took down the No. 15 Syracuse Orange last night at Madison Square Garden in one of most memorable wins of the past few years. The game was filled with memorable moments, including some usual energy from Hurley, a big game from Eric Cobb and some confirmation that Alterique Gilbert is healthy and thriving.
Cobb was a monster all night against the Orange, scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds. He stepped up on defense too, taking a big charge and getting some love from Jalen Adams.
Cobb didn't just do damage in the post, he was able to step out and drain some 3-pointers like he did at times last season.
