UConn men’s basketball moved up one spot in this week’s AP Top 25 poll after taking down No. 15 Texas and Manhattan last week. The Huskies are now ranked No. 4 after spending the past two weeks ranked No. 5.
Dan Hurley’s Huskies are one of 11 teams that remain undefeated in this week’s poll, and are joined by Big East counterparts Marquette (No. 3), Creighton (No. 15) and Villanova (No. 18). The Golden Eagles moved up one spot of their own after taking down now-No. 5 Kansas, who UConn will play this week, by double-digits last week in the Maui Invitational.
