UConn men’s basketball is now without a single player in their incoming recruiting class as Lukas Kisunas became the final member of the class of 2018 to be released from his National Letter of Intent to UConn.
Guard James Akinjo and wing Emmitt Matthews have also been granted their release.
Hearst CT Media’s Dave Borges is reporting that the decision was “very much a mutual decision” and the possibility of any recruits re-signing with the Huskies is “not very likely.”
Kisunas hails from Lithunia but plays at Brewster Academy.
