The Legends Classic has officially announced a move to Mohegan Sun from the Barclays Center for this season due to the pandemic. The tournament will now feature UConn, USC, Vanderbilt and BYU instead of Notre Dame, who dropped out of the tournament.
“Mohegan Sun features a prime location, an outstanding facility, and the proper amenities to provide a safe, secure, and controlled environment,” Gazelle Group president Rick Giles said in the release.
The tournament is now scheduled for December 2 and 3, a slight delay from the previous dates of November 23 and 24 set back in February,
The exact matchups, game times and potential ticket information are due to be announced down the line.
