The American Athletic Conference announced their All-Conference and All-Freshman Teams on Monday afternoon with just one member of the UConn Huskies being honored as senior Jalen Adams was named to the All-AAC Third Team
Adams, who went down with a MCL sprain on February 6 versus Temple, returned to UConn’s lineup on Sunday and spurred the team to their first road win in over a year.
In 11 conference games, Adams led the team in scoring with 17.2 points and assists with 3.7 per game. He averaged 90% from the charity stripe in those 11 conference games.
