UConn Baseball Falls to Bryant

After a strong weekend in which UConn Baseball got the sweep against Memphis, the Huskies took a step back against Bryant, taking a 9-3 loss.

Ronnie Rossomando gave UConn five innings, allowing just one run, but an eight-run sixth inning given up by the bullpen.

Seven of the Huskies’ nine starters recorded hits, with only first baseman Chris Winkel notching multiple to go along with a RBI. Second baseman Conor Moriarty drove two runs in to lead UConn offensively.

After a quiet start, the Huskies broke out for three runs on three hits in the fourth.
