Parts of I-84 in Manchester were closed in both directions Monday after two passengers were thrown from a car that spun out and rolled into the median, state police said.
According to police, the crash happened near Exit 63 about 6:20 p.m., when the 2005 Honda Accord driven by Shakira Lashawn Dunlap of Capen Street in Windsor was heading east in the left lane. The car spun out to the left and rolled into the grassy median before landing on its roof.
Two passengers, Anthony Dashon Harris-Spence, 25, of Roslyn Street in Hartford and Dandre Michael Martin, 23, of Hartland Street in Hartford were ejected, state police said.
