A 38-year-old Norwich man was charged Friday with robbing a man of $40 and cutting him with a knife outside a Montville restaurant last winter.
State police charged Gregory M. Blue of Norwich with the attack that happened outside the Golden Palace restaurant on the night of Dec. 16. The victim survived.
Blue is charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault and second-degree larceny, and his bond was set at $250,000.
