Police said they responded to a home on Rogers Lake Road around 8:15 p.m. after a report of a physical altercation in front of the residence.
Upon arrival, police said they found a female victim with an abdominal wound from a knife and a man with a head wound. The man was unconscious after being struck by a shovel, police said. Both of the victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
A second man who had been involved in the altercation had left the scene before police arrived. He was reported to be injured during the altercation.
