Three girls who say they were secretly filmed nude in the dressing room at Plainville High School are suing the town and Kyle Fasold, the former swim club parent volunteer who faces federal child pornography charges.
The girls, who are suing under Jane Doe names to shield their identity, contend the town failed to act on multiple complaints about “inappropriate and disturbing” behavior by the 50-year-old Fasold when he was vice president of the Blue Dolphins youth swim club.
Fasold, who has been held in a federal prison in Rhode Island since his arrest in early March, does not appear to have a civil attorney.
