Stonington police said they are investigating an attack on a Black desk clerk at Mystic hotel and they plan to make at least one arrest.
The woman, and two others who were involved, were treated at an area hospital and released after the Friday-night assault.
The attack happened at the Quality Inn, 48 Whitehall Ave. in the Mystic section of Stonington, Capt. Todd Olson didn’t describe the 59-year-old woman’s injuries because police are still seeking detailed medical information, he said.
“Fortunately, we have pretty good video of the assault,” he said Tuesday morning. “We’re putting it together and writing a warrant as we speak.
