A second person has died following a shooting during a crowded pop-up gathering early Sunday in Manchester commuter lot near I-84, state police said.
The second victim was identified Tuesday as 24-year-old Gregory Scott of Massachusetts. State police said he died from injuries sustained in the shooting.
State troopers were called to the lot on Buckland Street about 2 a.m. on a report of a shooting there. When they arrived, they found two victims with gunshot wounds. They were transported to local hospitals, but 20-year-old Jennifer Hicks, also of Massachusetts was pronounced dead early Sunday.
State police said the Central District Major Crime Squad is investigating the shooting.
