A group of people upset at the lack of charges levied against a white man who pulled a gun on a black man in Bloomfield earlier this week is planning to protest at his court appearance in Hartford next week.
The Facebook group called “March for Our Young Kings and Protest for Our Future” posted its plans for a call to action titled “Mama Is Coming” Thursday, saying that Michael Fannon, the white man who threatened Chazre Douglas, who is black, with a handgun after he had pulled his car over to take a call on his cellphone, “is a dangerous individual who needs to be charged to the fullest extent of the law.
