Hartford police said they recovered a stolen car, seized almost 1,400 bags of heroin and made two arrests Tuesday night after a foot chase on Capen Street.
In addition to the 2017 Lexus stolen in Belchertown, Mass., detectives confiscated $4,740 in cash, 14 grams, or almost half an ounce, of crack cocaine and 1,397 bags of heroin, police said.
According to Cicero, auto theft detectives were following the Lexus Tuesday night when the car stopped at 318 Capen.
