The crash happened around 5 p.m. on Route 185, near Summit Ridge Drive and the Bloomfield line, they said early Wednesday. Information about the extent of injuries was not available.
The road was closed for hours while officers from the North Central Municipal Accident Reconstruction Squad took measurements and gathered evidence. The road has since been reopened.
