Police are continuing to investigate an apparent murder-suicide in Windsor Locks that left three people dead and another seriously injured early Friday morning.

The incident began just before 1 a.m. Friday when officers were called to the second floor of 24 Lownds Drive for a report of multiple people shot.

Lauren “Lela” Leslie, 18, was one of the victims, said her siblings Friday. An adult couple—the parents of Leslie’s girlfriend—were also killed. Leslie’s girlfriend, 18, was rushed to a local hospital with multiple gunshot wounds and taken into surgery, said Lt. Paul Cherniack.

There, she remained in critical but stable condition, said the officer Friday.
