State police did not identify the victim and the arrest warrant has been sealed. The state medical examiner said Nancy Commaille, 64, who also lived at 52 Topledge Road in Redding, was the victim of a homicide on April 6. He did not released the cause of death because the state’s attorney has ordered that sealed as well.
