Teams from the National Weather Service in Albany and Boston will meet in Connecticut Monday to determine if a tornado had touched down Sunday evening.
Employees from NWS Boston will join those from the NWS Albany in Falls Village section of Canaan in Litchfield County and in Sandisfield in Berkshire County, he said.
There were reports of numerous downed trees and some structural damage but no reports of injuries.
