An I-91 ramp in Hartford has been closed after a car went down an embankment and someone was thrown from the vehicle, authorities said.
The crash happened on the off-ramp at I-91 south at Exit 28, state police said. They said someone was ejected from the vehicle, but only the off-ramp was closed at 10:10 a.m.
The vehicle went down the embankment shortly before 9:40 a.m., said Hartford District Chief Mario Oquendo.
