A Massachusetts man who is wanted in a Hartford homicide has been taken into custody in his home state, police said.
The Massachusetts State Police Fugitive Unit and Spring police took Jordon Register, 28, of Chapman Street in Greenfield, Mass. into custody Thursday, they said. His is awaiting extradition to Connecticut, where Hartford police plan to charge him with murder.
About 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 29, city officers found Dudley in the rear lot of 12 Webster St. after receiving a report of a gunshot victim. The unresponsive man had a gunshot wound and was unable to be revived.
