MANCHESTER — Police are seeking a suspect who reportedly sideswiped a police vehicle after the officer pulled up on a burglary in progress.

On Oct. 8 at about 5 a.m., officers responded to 190 Pine St. on a reported burglary to a motor vehicle. Officers saw a suspect in the parking lot, but he quickly got into a red Honda Accord and sped away, sideswiping the police vehicle, police said.

The vehicle’s body style is consistent with model years 2003-2007. The car had a rear spoiler, a yellow air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror and the front plate had a chrome decoration with a Honda logo.
