The crash happened about 4 p.m. when Raymond Coughlin, 60, of Barstow Road in Canterbury was headed north on Route 169. Witnesses told troopers the 2010 Jeep Wrangler went over the centerline, continued into the south lane’s shoulder, struck a stone wall and overturned, police said.
