Hartford police said they are trying to identify a homeless man found dead under a highway overpass Monday night.
The man, who appears to be in his 40s or 50s and Hispanic, had no information on him that includes his name. He was found under I-84, behind 450 Church St., Lt. Paul Cicero said.
He said it doesn’t appear he died as a result of a crime. Still, detectives from the Major Crimes and Crime Scene divisions are investigating.
Cicero said police often look for homeless people so they can get them services and a warm, safe place to sleep, especially when it’s cold.
