Hartford police are investigating a shooting after they stopped a vehicle on Wethersfield Avenue and found a man inside with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Hartford officers pulled over a car around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday near Wethersfield and Elliott Street, a few minutes from Hartford Hospital, and discovered the injured man inside, police said.
