Hartford HealthCare, which has held naming sponsorship rights at the Xfinity Theatre in Hartford and the Toyota Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford since 2017, has added the soon-to-open, formerly named Harbor Yard Amphitheater to its sponsorships. Going forward the concert venue will named the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater, the company announced Tuesday.
The 5,700-seat amphitheater will host 20 or more concerts per season, as well as many community health events, festivals and other regional events, according to venue officials.
Live Nation will continue to book and promote events at the venue, which is a joint venture between the City of Bridgeport and the amphitheater, company officials said Tuesday in a written release.
