A Greenwich woman who police said neglected her puppies, causing three to die, has been arrested.
Catherine Daria Palmer, also known as Cassandra or Cassie Palmer, 48, of Lafayette Court in Greenwich, turned herself in Sunday on three counts of cruelty to animals, police said. She posted $10,000 bail and is due in court Dec. 28.
Police said Palmer kept up to a dozen dogs, 10 of them puppies, in a house she owns on Butler Lane but failed to care for them.
