“We are expecting snow in the Hartford area on the front end, initially,” said Bryce Williams, a meteorologist with the National Weather Center, early Monday. The snow eventually will change to rain.
“The rain/snow line will be bisecting Hartford County,” Williams said. The northern half of the county will probably get 1 or 2 inches of snow, maybe even 3 at higher elevations.
