With the 2018 football season in the book, UConn is looking to the future and has locked up a home-and-home series against Purdue for 2021 and 2025.
The Boilermakers will head to East Hartford, Connecticut in 2021 on Sept. 11, with the Huskies returning the favor with a game in West Lafayette, Indiana on Sept. 13, 2025. The 2021 meeting will be the first time UConn and Purdue have met on the gridiron.
While it’s a nice pick up for the Huskies to add another Power Five opponent to the schedule, it does create a problem.
