A disabled tractor trailer on I-95 south has blocked three lanes of traffic, causing more than four miles of backups, the state’s transportation agency says.

Traffic on I-95 south was backed up more than four miles Wednesday morning because of a disabled tractor trailer.

The Department of Transportation learned of the problem at 7:15 a.m., in the middle of the morning rush. The disabled truck is between exits 27A and 26, but the stalled traffic stretched at least as far as Exit 32 about an hour later.
