Cromwell police: Pizza shop owner, worker, disarm robber, hold him for officers

A Cromwell pizza shop owner confronted a man who was pointing a gun at him in his business Sunday, disarming the would-be robber and chasing him around the restaurant until an worker stopped him, police said.

The suspect, Colton Balskus, 21, of Middletown, was arrested on more than a half-dozen charges, including first-degree robbery and third-degree assault.
