Firefighters and police officers were called to rescue up to 10 fishermen who were stuck in the water inside Bridgeport’s harbor, officials said.
The call came in before 10 p.m., officials said. The fisherman were stuck in the breakwater in the harbor. Some had attempted to wade to shore but were unable to because of the tide.
