The cause of death of Freduah Owusu, 50, of East Hartford, is pending a final autopsy report from the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office, police spokesman Lt. Josh Litwin said.
When Owusu’s body was found, police said there were no signs of obvious trauma. A passerby notified police after seeing the body near a sidewalk on Tolland Street near Moore Avenue at about 7 a.m.
