A 37-year-old woman was taken into custody Friday night after a man was shot to death at her Filley Street home, police said.
Initial indications are that Marvyann Duncan shot the man in the head during a domestic argument, police said, but as of early Saturday investigators had not cited specific charges against her nor publicly identified the victim.
Bloomfield police got a call about a shooting at 22 Filley St. around 10:40 p.m. Arriving officers were met by a woman who said she’d just fired her gun, Capt. Stephen Hajdasz reported.
Officers found the victim, a 39-year-old man, with a gunshot wound to the head.
