An attorney representing families and the CT Freedom Alliance in their challenge of regulations that require students wear masks in school to limit the spread of COVID-19 has asked the state Supreme Court to hear an appeal of a lower court judge’s ruling against a request to indefinitely lift the state order.
In a filing this week, Attorney Norm Pattis asked the state Supreme Court to hear the case after the Appellate Court dismissed his clients’ appeal of Superior Court Judge Thomas G. Moukawsher’s denial of a temporary injunction that would halt the requirement that students wear masks in Connecticut schools.
