Nothing pressing going on in the UCLA Sports World, so not much to talk about today. u$c did add Bernard Schirmer, a Juco transfer, to their football roster, and Schirmer IS the kid who got arrested, and suspended from Football for 5 years, for punching and knocking unconscious a Referee.
He claims it was unintentional, and authorities couldn’t prove otherwise, but something tells me he will fit in perfectly with the trojans. He is now teammates with Chuma Edoga, who also got suspended for physically accosting a Referee during a game.
So Southern Cal’s President may have just resigned in disgrace, but that won’t change anything about the Football program, and the kind of character they cultivate.
