It’s no stretch to say that the UCLA Athletics programs are talented. It’s no surprise to see UCLA athletes don their respective sports’ end-of-year award lists.
So it shouldn’t be a surprise that more and more Bruin athletes are being honored as their seasons have come to a close awhile ago and the publications have sifted through the data.
Most recently, six members of the UCLA Bruins women’s water polo team were awarded All-American status by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches. The ACWPC 2020 All-American list included Abbi Hill, Val Ayala, Georgia Phillips, Brooke Maxson, Katrina Drake and Ava Johnson.
