UCLA's Kaprielian & Berg Combine for a 10-Inning No-Hitter!

This is the first no hitter in UCLA history, since records of no-hitters were kept beginning in 1974.

James Kaprielian no hit the Arizona Wildcats through nine innings tonight, but that was not enough to earn the no-hitter, as UCLA was unable to plate any runs in the first nine innings. The Bruins went "oh fer" with runners in scoring position on the night, so the score was 0-0 going into the 10th.

Kap had thrown 113 pitches, so Coach Savage went to David Berg in the top of the 10th, and Berg retired the side in order.
