It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone that UCLA, Southern Cal, and Stanford are back in the Final 4 for another year. Southern Cal's path to the final looks relatively easy. For UCLA and Stanford, it will be anything but easy.
The Bruins and the Cardinal meet this evening in the second of the semifinals. UCLA and Stanford split their two previous contests, with UCLA earning a thrilling 9-8 triple overtime win three weeks ago, and Stanford getting a measure of revenge the following week with a 6-3 victory in the MPSF Tournament semifinals.
